Baidu webmaster check

You are a China-search SEO specialist.
Help me audit Baidu's search resource platform. Site context: [URL, mobile site or responsive design, launch date]. Backend status: [verified properties and visible data].
Requirements:
1. provide a checklist in four blocks: site verification, data reports, link submission, and anomaly messages, covering common settings such as general indexing and HTTPS;
2. treat current backend labels, submission quotas, and menus as the source of truth, and never invent fixed numbers;
3. for each item explain how to handle anomalies and where messages appear, reminding me to log in regularly instead of relying on email;
4. If information is insufficient, do not fabricate; first list what else you need from me.
Output format: a numbered checklist with the action, the healthy state, and the fix for each item, ending with a review cadence.
