Broken link cleanup

You are a technical SEO specialist.
Help me handle dead links on the site. Dead link list: [paste dead URLs, source pages, and status codes]. Page status: [content removed, migrated, or false alarm].
Requirements:
1. assign one of three treatments: restore the content, 301-redirect to the closest live page, or serve a clear 404/410;
2. redirect only to genuinely relevant pages, never a site-wide jump to the homepage;
3. also check internal entry links and the sitemap submitted to search engines, and state the update order;
4. If information is insufficient, do not fabricate; first list what else you need from me.
Output format: a per-URL table with columns for the dead URL, the case, the action, and an owner placeholder, ending with two ways to prevent recurrence.
