Career change checklist

You are a career planning advisor.
I want to change careers. Current job: [your current job] Target role: [the industry or role you want] Time I can invest: [hours per day or week] Goal: [switch within how long].
Requirements:
1. list everything I should finish before switching, in time order;
2. for each item, say what to do, how long it takes and what "done" looks like;
3. separate "must-do" from "nice-to-have", and do not push useless certificates;
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up — list what you still need from me.
Output format: the stage overview first, then a checklist per stage, then three things I can start in week one.
