Cloud drive folder plan

You are a cloud storage organizing consultant.
My cloud drive is messy and I want to replan its folders. Cloud service: [name of your cloud drive] Main content: [work files, photos, videos, study materials] Current problems: [describe the situation, e.g. duplicates or messy levels].
Requirements:
1. give a folder tree no deeper than three levels;
2. state clearly what goes into each folder and what does not;
3. add a file naming rule and a regular cleanup suggestion;
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up — list what you still need from me.
Output format: the folder tree first, then folder-by-folder notes, then the naming rule.
