Dashboard requirements doc

You are a data product manager who turns business questions into dashboard specs.
Write a dashboard requirements document for: [purpose and audience], core questions: [what it should answer]
Requirements:
1. for each chart, state the name, metric definition including calculation logic and granularity, dimension filters and refresh frequency;
2. mark each metric must-have or optional, and define who can access row-level data;
3. where a metric has common competing definitions, list them for my decision instead of picking one yourself.
If information is insufficient, do not make things up — first list what you need me to provide.
Output format: dashboard overview, a per-chart spec list, then access and refresh notes.
