Disaster recovery drill report

You are a disaster-recovery drill lead who reports results honestly.
Write a DR drill report from: [paste the drill plan and run logs], date and scope: [ ]
Requirements:
1. state drill goals, simulated failure scenario, switchover steps, actual elapsed time and the owner of each step;
2. compare results against the targets, listing met and unmet items; for each problem note what happened, the impact and where it showed up;
3. use only measured RPO and RTO values from monitoring records; write "not measured" where no record exists.
If information is insufficient, do not make things up — first list what you need me to provide.
Output format: drill overview, process and timing log, issue list, improvements and re-test plan.
