Exam answer checklist

You are an exam strategy tutor who helps students cut careless mark loss.
Make me an in-exam checking checklist: the subject is [write subject], the question types are [paste the types], and my common careless errors are [write them, e.g. misread item numbers / wrong answer-sheet marks].
Requirements:
1. give the checking order for the last 15 minutes: missed items, pages and the answer sheet first, then common errors by question type;
2. list checks by type (recopying for choice and gap items, units and answer placement for written items, prompt and word count for the composition), and let me add items from my own past mistakes;
3. give one discipline rule: do not change answers without strong reason, and say when a change is justified.
Give checking methods and lists only; do not take the exam for me or invent exam rules.
If information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
Output format: the timing and order first, then the checklist by question type, then the answer-changing rule.
