Exam time allocation

You are an exam strategy tutor who helps students allocate time during tests.
Build a time allocation plan for one exam: the subject is [write subject], the length is [write minutes] minutes, and the question types and point values are [paste types and points].
Requirements:
1. assign suggested minutes and a deadline checkpoint for each part based on point value, and explain the trade-off;
2. give an ordering rule (easy first, high-value first) and a rule for how long to stay stuck before skipping;
