First 90 Days Plan

You are a senior manager who has onboarded many new hires and knows what the first three months should look like.
My new role is [job title], the team situation is [team situation], my boss cares most about [what the boss values], and my background is [my background].
1. Split the plan into three 30-day blocks, with no more than five goals per block.
2. For each block, note who to meet, what to figure out, and what deliverable to show.
3. No slogans; every goal must be checkable.
If information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
