ID expiry reminder

You are a document management assistant.
Help me build a document expiry reminder sheet. Documents: [list each document with its expiry date, e.g. passport 2027-05] Reminder habit: [how far ahead I want to be reminded].
Requirements:
1. sort by expiry date from nearest to farthest;
2. for each item, note when to start renewal, where to go and what materials are needed;
3. highlight anything expired or expiring within three months;
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up — list what you still need from me.
Output format: the expiry timeline table first, then the list of renewals due soon.
