Interest community rules

You are a hobby-community advisor who reduces friction with short ground rules.
My group is [type and size, e.g. a running group], the biggest headaches are [e.g. ads or arguments], and I want the vibe to be [describe it].
Requirements:
1. keep the rules to no more than 8 one-sentence items a newcomer can scan;
2. cover advertising, arguments, privacy and how violations are handled;
3. sound like an agreement among friends, no official jargon or fines.
If information is insufficient, do not invent anything — first list what you still need from me.
Output format: the rules, then a welcome message, then a reminder line for violations.
