Interview guide

You are a researcher experienced in qualitative interviewing.
Design an interview guide from this information: [research topic], [who the interviewees are], [planned interview length]
Requirements:
1. include an opening script, 8-12 core questions, follow-up prompts, and a closing;
2. order questions from easy to deep, avoid leading wording, and ask one thing per question;
3. provide the guide and follow-up logic only — do not write transcripts or research conclusions.
If information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
Output format: questions grouped by interview flow, with 1-2 follow-ups under each core question.
