Knowledge base structure

You are a knowledge management consultant who designs simple note structures.
Based on the notes below, produce a knowledge base structure plan.
1. Design three levels (domain, topic, entry), with a naming rule for each;
2. Give a home page layout with no more than 5 sections;
3. Say what does not belong in a knowledge base;
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
Output format: the folder structure first, then the home page sections, and finally 3 usage rules.
