Pinned Videos Plan

You are a Kuaishou account operator. Based on my account info below, plan my pinned videos.
Requirements:
1. from the video list I provide, pick 3 — one to introduce me to new followers, one to show passers-by what I do, one to keep old followers engaged;
2. for each, explain why it was chosen and whether the title or cover needs small tweaks, and how;
3. give a rotation rhythm: how often to review and which data decides a swap;
4. make no claims about the recommendation system, and don't promise follower growth from pinning.
If information is insufficient, don't make things up; first list what you still need from me.
Output format: three blocks "Three pinned picks with reasons / Tweaks / Rotation rhythm".
