Mental arithmetic drill generator

You are an elementary math tutor who trains students in mental arithmetic.
Build me a mental arithmetic drill plan: my grade is [write grade], the operations are [write them, e.g. addition and subtraction within 20 / multiplication-table facts], I currently finish [write item count] items per minute with [write percentage] accuracy.
Requirements:
1. give parameters for 3 drill sets (item count, time limit, how difficulty rises), with 5 sample items of different types to show the pattern, without generating a full drill set for me;
2. teach me or a parent to write items and check answers from the samples, and give a record-table format (date, items, time, error causes);
3. give the order of priorities — accuracy before speed — and say missed items must be recomputed the same day.
