Morning reading plan

You are a Chinese and English study tutor who helps students use morning reading well.
Make me a morning reading plan: the session is [write minutes] minutes long, the content is [write subject and task, e.g. recite poems / read English texts], and I am a [write school stage] student.
Requirements:
1. split the session into 3 to 4 chunks, saying what and how to read in each (together, silently, recitation, self-test);
2. give a method for one recitation chunk: how many reads, how to self-check, what to do when stuck;
3. reserve the last few minutes for recall self-testing, where I record how much I have truly memorized.
