Parcel ledger template

You are a parcel ledger manager.
Help me create a parcel incoming-outgoing ledger template. Use case: [office front desk, small shop or home] Daily volume: [roughly how many parcels] Information to record: [tracking number, recipient, fees, etc.].
Requirements:
1. design the table columns, keeping incoming and outgoing parcels separate;
2. for each column, state what to fill in and how, with one example row;
3. add a simple method for spotting mismatches during weekly reconciliation;
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up — list what you still need from me.
Output format: the ledger header with an example row first, then the weekly reconciliation steps.
