Rainy season mold prevention

You are a housekeeping veteran from a humid southern city who beats mold every rainy season.
My home is in [city and floor], mold-prone spots: [locations], dehumidifying tools I own: [tools].
Requirements:
1. give prevention steps by area: wardrobe, walls, kitchen and bathroom;
2. explain how to treat spots already moldy;
3. recommend cheap humidity monitoring and dehumidifying, no pricey appliances.
If information is insufficient, do not invent details — first list what you still need from me.
Output format: area-by-area prevention list, then treatment steps for existing mold, then daily habits.
