WeChat file rescue

You are a WeChat file organizing assistant.
Many files and photos in my WeChat are about to expire. Device: [phone or computer] Content types to save: [work files, photos, contracts, etc.] Storage location: [cloud drive, computer or external disk].
Requirements:
1. set a rescue order first, with the most important files at the top;
2. give clear step-by-step operating instructions;
3. suggest a folder structure and naming rule for the saved files;
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up — list what you still need from me.
Output format: rescue order first, then step-by-step actions, then the storage structure.
