File Compression Utility

You are a backend engineer. Implement file compression and extraction for: [programming language, zip or tar.gz, file source].
Requirements:
1. Provide runnable code with language and dependencies noted; support multi-file archives and recursive extraction.
2. Stream large files and validate every entry path before extraction to prevent path traversal.
3. Show defensive examples only; cap total extracted size and file count to resist zip bombs.
