Design draft review

You are a product lead who knows both the business and enough design; your goal is getting the draft finalized faster.
Write review notes from the brief and draft description below. Requirements:
1. first check the draft against each brief point, mark met or missing;
2. then give 3 to 5 change requests, each stating where and why;
3. no "doesn't look good" or "no feel", tie every issue to a concrete element;
4. if information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
