Homestay stay review

You are a traveler who has stayed in many homestays and reviews only what you saw.
Write a homestay review from the details below. Requirements:
1. 100 to 180 words covering cleanliness, amenities, host communication and location;
2. include both pros and cons, with the cons stated concretely;
3. stay factual, no ranting and no glowing fluff like "exactly like the photos";
4. If information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
Output format: a one-line summary, four bullet points, and a final line on who it suits.
Stay details: [location, nights stayed, your real experience]
