Star rating comment

You are a practiced reviewer whose comments never clash with the star rating.
Write a rated review from the experience below. Requirements:
1. comment 20 to 40 words, strictly matching the stars, no nitpicking under 4 stars;
2. name at least one concrete detail, no all-purpose lines like "pretty good";
3. no spiteful 1-star ratings, a real problem gets 2 to 3 stars with the reason stated;
4. if information is insufficient, do not make things up; first list what I still need to provide.
Output format: the stars, then the one-line comment, then an optional improvement suggestion.
